These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by K Canine Coaching ("we", "us", "our") to you, the client ("you", "your"). By booking or using services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Services Provided
K Canine Coaching offers holistic dog training, behaviour support, and tailored dog walking services. Services may be provided in-person or remotely, depending on the agreed arrangement.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we believe a dog poses a risk to people, other animals, or our staff, or if these Terms & Conditions are breached.
Bookings & Payments
-All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
-Payment is required on the day unless agreed otherwise.
-Prices are communicated at the time of booking and may change with reasonable notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
-Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be charged.
-Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the session fee.
-Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
-K Canine Coaching reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, weather, or unforseen circumstances.
Dog Health & Welfare
You confirm that:
-Your dog is in good health and fit to participate in training or walking sessions.
-Any medical conditions, behavioural issues, or history of aggression have been fully disclosed prior to the first session.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in termination of services without refund.

Eqipment & Handling
-You agree to provide suitable equipment (lead, harnessc, collar, muzzle if required).
-We reserve the right to use training equipment we deem appropriate and humane, in line with our holistic and welfare-focused approach.
Behaviour & Results
Dog training outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Progress depends on many factors, including consistency, environment, and owner participation.
You acknowledge that:
-Training requires ongoing commitment outside of sessions.
-K Canine Coaching is not responsible for lack of progress due to inconsistent follow-through.
Liability
-K Canine Coaching accepts no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage caused by your dog, except where required by law.
-You remain legally responsible for your dog at all times.
-Any damages caused by your dog to people, animals, or property during sessions are your responsibility.

Emergencies
In the event of an emergencyc, we will make resonable afforts to contact you. If you are unavailable, you authorise us to seek veterinary care for your dog, and you agree to cover any associated costs.
Data Protection & Privacy
Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of delivering services and will not be shared with third parties, except where legally required.
Photos & Videos
With your consent, we may take photos and/or videos during sessions for training records, marketing purposes and social media. You may withdraw consent at any time in writing.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
-These Terms & Conditions are breached
-Aggressive or unsafe behaviour is displayed without prior disclosure
-Payment is not made as agreed
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
